HANNAH VINCENT - CO-FOUNDER & CHAIR OF TRUSTEES

Hannah is the Co-Founder, Chair of Trustees for the Select World Travel Foundation and the owner of Select World Travel, a respected travel agency in Canford Cliffs. Since taking over in 2020, she has led the business with a commitment to exceptional travel experiences and strong community relationships.

Alongside her work in travel, Hannah is deeply engaged in charity, business, and community initiatives. She is an active member of the Executive Association Solent, having served as Vice Chairman in 2023 and Chairman in 2024.

Hannah leads the Foundation’s fundraising efforts and its support for local causes, driven by a passion for creating positive impact. She works closely with donors, partners, and her wider network to inspire meaningful contributions.

Her combined experience in business and philanthropy has made her a well‑regarded figure in the local community, where she continues to champion connection, collaboration, and lasting change.

GUISEPPE PINGERNA - TRUSTEE

Giuseppe is a dedicated trustee of our foundation, combining his professional expertise with a genuine commitment to supporting the community. As a Family solicitor and advocate in a renowned legal practice, he is known for offering clear, compassionate guidance in complex matters and has been recognised in the Legal

500 for his work. His true motivation, however, lies in making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

Beyond his legal career, Giuseppe is an avid traveller who enjoys sports, socialising with friends, and exploring new cultures. Bilingual in English and Italian, he values the power of communication and connection. His passion for helping others extends well beyond his profession, and he is proud to champion initiatives that support the well-being and future of those in need.

Giuseppe’s blend of professional achievement, community spirit, and personal interests makes him a valued member of the foundation’s team, working toward a brighter future for our community.

ALICIA UNDERWOOD - TRUSTEE

Alicia is a dedicated Trustee of the Select World Travel Foundation, bringing valuable experience from her years in the charitable sector, where she specialised in events and community fundraising across breast cancer and hospice charities.

Her passion for fundraising shines through her personal challenges, including the 2017 London Marathon, where she raised over £2,000 for Mencap, and her 2021 efforts completing the Virtual London Marathon and the Bournemouth Half Marathon, raising £3,147.50 for Oakhaven Hospice and CALM.

In 2022, Alicia paused her career following the arrival of her twin daughters, keeping her VERY busy! She has since returned to work part time, including taking on the role of Travel Consultant at Select World Travel.

RICHARD RILEY - TRUSTEE

Rich began his career as a paramedic, dedicated to helping others. His life changed dramatically when a major road traffic collision in the back of an ambulance claimed the lives of his crewmate and patient, leaving him with life‑changing injuries, including a broken back, neck, and a traumatic brain injury.

The long recovery that followed reshaped every part of his life, and although his ambulance career ended abruptly, his determination didn’t. Less than two years after the accident, he climbed Mount Kilimanjaro to raise funds for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance—the service he credits with saving his life. The achievement became a powerful symbol of resilience and gratitude.

Today, Rich continues to channel his experience into purpose. As a Trustee, he brings his passion for helping others to initiatives that raise vital funds for organisations and individuals who need support the most.

LEANNE GIDDINGS - CO-FOUNDER & FOUNDATION DIRECTOR

Leanne is the Co‑Founder and Director of the Select World Travel Foundation, leading its mission and securing essential funding for local charitable organisations.

With a strong background in the charity sector, she brings extensive experience in fundraising, partnership development, and donor engagement, having worked with organisations including the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance, Air Ambulance UK, and Macmillan Caring Locally Hospice.

Her earlier career in travel sparked a passion for adventure, including supporting student expeditions across destinations such as Asia, Africa & South America.

Combining her charity expertise with her global travel experience, Leanne brings a unique perspective to the Foundation. She is driven by a commitment to connecting

supporters with meaningful causes and ensuring families in need receive vital support and opportunities.
